Travel
The meeting takes place in the Lory Student Center (Google Maps)of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. See the Campus Map (Building Number 68) and General Travel Information to the University.
You will likely be arriving either on I25 or US287. If you arrive on I25 take exit 268/Prospect Road West or 269B/Mulberry Street,CO14 West, and then turn South on College Avenue. US287 becomes College Avenue in town and passes just on the eastern side of Campus.

Accommodation
Fort Collins has a large number of hotels, however many are not in walking distance. The Housing page lists hotels in walking distance to campus.
Food
The student center hosts a couple of Fast Food Venues. A wide variety (in taste, style and price) of restaurants are available on Laurel Street and College (NE corner of Campus) and in Old Town (about half a mile north of Campus on College Avenue).
