Topological Data Analysis of Spatial Systems

I will discuss topological data analysis (TDA) of spatial systems using persistent homology. I will discuss various applications, including to networks, polling sites, and locations of parks and pubs. A key theme of this work is the use of information and domain knowledge about an application inform the TDA pipeline.
