Representation theory of the Clifford group, with sundry applications

The Clifford group (aka oscillator group, metaplectic group, Weil representation...) plays an important role in harmonic analysis and quantum mechanics. In this talk, I will report on a research program with the goal of understanding as explicitly as possible the representation theory of tensor powers of finite-dimensional Clifford groups.
