which plots Population Pi for i = 1 to i = 600 given user input
for the initial population P0 and the Growth Rate G. The
difference equation used is
Pi+1 = Pi + G*Pi
Use the slider to adjust the Growth Rate and drag the small rectangle on
the left boundary to set the initial population P0.
