PACe Minicourse Prerequisites

MATH117      College Algebra in Context I                        Prerequisite:    Placement     The notation "OK for MATH 117, 130, 133, 135" on the MPE report indicates this prerequisite is satisfied. 

MATH 118     College Algebra in Context II                       Prerequisite:      MATH 117

MATH 124     Logarithmic & Exponential Functions        Prerequisite:      MATH 117 and MATH 118

MATH 125      Numerical Trigonometry                              Prerequisite:      MATH 117 and MATH 118

MATH 126      Analytic Trigonometry                                  Prerequisite:      MATH 117, MATH 118 and MATH 125

                                                                                                                                 

Prerequisites for MATH 118, MATH 124, MATH 125 and MATH 126 can be satisfied by placing out of or qualifying for credit in prerequisite courses on the CSU Math Placement Exam; by satisfactorily completing the prerequisite CSU courses; and/or by transferring credits equivalent to the prerequisite courses.  

Prerequisites for MATH 117 – MATH 126 are enforced by RAMweb, and are also enforced within the PACe Program.
