Research interests

Applied Mathematics in the broad sense: analysis of PDEs, PDEs with random coefficients and stochastic PDEs, Inverse Problems and Imaging, Probability, Mathematical Physics, Numerical Analysis, with applications to:

Wave propagation in random media, inverse problems and imaging

• Time reversal and wave control

• Homogenization and semi-classical analysis, derivation and numerical simulation of asymptotic models for wave propagation in random media (e.g. transport and diffusion)

• Optical imaging of biological tissues, localization of inclusions in clutter

Quantum sciences

• Entropy minimization, quantum hydrodynamics

• Analysis of quantum transport models

• Multiscale numerical methods

• Materials science
