TITLE:     Quivers and Homogeneous Vector Bundles

ABSTRACT:  We show that the category of homogeneous vector bundles on
a Hermitian symmetric variety (basic examples are Grassmannians) is
equivalent to the category of representations of a certain quiver with
relations. We give some examples and we show how moduli spaces of
homogeneous bundles can be constructed. We end with an algorithm that
allows to compute the cohomology of the bundle and that reduces to the
Borel-Weil-Bott theorem in the irreducible case.
