TITLE:        Moduli Spaces in the Derived Category of K3 surface

ABSTRACT:     In the first part of the talk, we shall review moduli
spaces of vector bundles on curves and surfaces, and give a quick
introduction to derived categories.  In the second part, after
introducing Bridgeland's definition of stability for objects in the
derived category, we shall start with a particular moduli space of
bundles on a K3 surfarce, and perform Mukai flops to produce
interesting moduli spaces of objects in the derived category.  This is
joint work with A. Bertram.
