Text: Complex variables and applications by Brown and Churchill (ISBN 9780073051949). I will expect you to read parts of the book, use it as a reference, and find the problems in it, so you will need access to it somehow. IF you buy the e-book through the bookstore, I STRONGLY suggest that you elect to use the downloadable version rather than the online version. The former will last much longer!
