• I had originally intended that the matrix have entries 27, -50, 15 and -28. You can answer the problem as written, or you can answer this new, improved version, in which the numbers are tuned a little better.
• In part (b), you're trying to solve a2 T^2(v) + a_1 T(v) + a_0 v = 0.;
