The Department of Mathematics at Colorado State University is pleased to invite applications for scholarships for students entering the mathematics major beginning Fall 2000.

Eligibility |
The student must be admitted to Colorado State University with Mathematics as their primary major. The student must have an admissions index of 125 or higher (see attached sheet).

Application Procedure |
The student should submit: • A letter indicating the reasons the student wishes to major in mathematics. (limit of two single-sided, typewritten pages)• A letter of recommendation from at least one high school mathematics teacher. |
