Professor Rachel Pries organized a conference at Banff International Research Station, WIN3: Women in Numbers 3. The Conference was held from April 20-25, 2014. The goal of this 5-day workshop was to highlight women's research and to train female graduate students in number theory. The structure of the conference emphasizes collaboration on open research problems.

The conference was supported by Microsoft Research, the Clay Institute, the Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences, and the Number Theory Foundation.
