Modem Access

Colorado State University provides a modem pool available for CSU faculty, staff, and students. There is a fee. You will need to set up an account with ACNS and pay the fee for this service. See the ACNS Modem Page for more details.

The Department of Mathematics has purchased two accounts with a local ISP, WebAccess. One is intended for the faculty and staff, the other for the graduate students. Each of these accounts allows three simultaneous logins.

If you are intending to use modem access frequently and for long periods, it is probably best to purchase the University service. If you are intending to use modem access either infrequently or for short periods only, then the Departmental WebAccess account may be sufficient for your purposes.
