Richard J. Painter

Professor Richard Painter received his B.A., M.S.
and Ph.D. degrees from the University of North Carolina in the
years 1953, 1956 and 1963. He joined the mathematics faculty at
Colorado State University in 1963.
Professor Painter has taught a wide range of undergraduate courses, while his graduate-level courses have tended to be in algebra and linear algebra.
