Nicholas Krier

B.S.: Ohio State University
Ph.D.: Ohio State University

Specializations: Geometry, combinatorics

Dr. Krier received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from The Ohio State University in 1964 and 1969. He joined Colorado State University in 1971. Except for a two-year leave from 1981-1983 to develop discrete math courses at Rochester Institute of Technology, he has been at Colorado State University since 1971.

While maintaining an interest in geometry and combinatorics, his efforts are currently spent in reforming a calculus sequence and a geometry course. The question is how best to deal with content and then to pick the instructional method.
