The Department of Mathematics at Colorado State University is seeking talented mathematics professionals who are interested in a special instructor position beginning August 16, 2018.
Special instructor position assignments typically last for a minimum of 9-months period and can be either full-time or part-time depending on the needs of the department. Special instructor applicants must hold a PhD in Mathematics or closely related areas, and have 3 years previous university teaching experience in mathematics, preferably with large sections with 75 or more students per section. Having previous experience coordinating large service courses in mathematics, calculus and above is a plus.
