Homeworks (40%)
There will be homework assignments for each lecture, some problems could be hard.  To better understand the material, you are suggested to finish all homeworks on time.  I am here to help you any time.

Quizzes (20%)
We will have about 5 quizzes.

Midterm Exam (20%)
There will be one midterm exam (in class, closed book) , which takes about 50 minutes.
It is tentatively scheduled for Fri.03/14/2008

Final (20%)
Mon. 05/12/2008, 11:20am-1:20pm, Engrg E205,  accumulative, closed book/notes

Letter Grade
A:100-90  B: 89-80  C: 79-70  D: 69-60  F: 59 or below
